  • The Brief

At the forefront of the facilities management industry, Cloudfm were seeking a full site redesign in order to re-establish themselves as the disruptive industry leader that they’ve always been. The new online presence would need to fulfill all their previous functional requirements while also communicating a new brand message that would be in line with their modern approach.

    The Approach

The website redesign was planned & designed around a soft brand refresh where the team & myself brainstormed how we could take Cloudfm’s current brand and push a fresh narrative through the site. Although there were certain limitations in how far we could push the brand refresh, it was a fulfilling challenge to find a way to produce a modern, engaging digital experience while also keeping to Cloudfm’s brand roots.

    The Concept

After various workshops, meetings, and concepts - we landed at what you see today. A 3D animated homepage experience featuring Cloudfm’s logo and their 3 service offerings. We also took the core brand colours and applied a fresh approach with a subtle gradient on the main pages while maintaining a minimal, clean experience throughout the rest of the site.

    Outcome

The Cloudfm team were pleased with the final product and felt that the new site does exactly what they set out to do - portray Cloudfm’s original progressive approach to the industry in a modern, disruptive way. Additionally, the new site has seen a reasonable increase in overall traffic & user sessions.
